Sukhbir Singh Badal flays Amritsar sacrilege incident, says outrage beyond belief

Ahead of Punjab Assembly elections 2022, Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal along with SAD and BSP candidates on Monday offered prayers at Sri Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar.

While addressing the media persons in Amritsar, Sukhbir Singh Badal said that Punjab has lagged far behind in the last 5 years.

Adding, he said that if Shiromani Akali Dal forms government in the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections 2022, then it will government of the public. “Punjab will develop under the SAD-BSP government as we are committed to the welfare of poor and labourers,” he said.

Furthermore, the SAD president urged PM Narendra Modi to give a guarantee on MSP and withdraw cases filed against the protesting farmers.

Commenting on Arvind Kejriwal’s promises made in Punjab, the SAD president launched an attack on Delhi Chief Minister and asked him to implement his promises in Delhi first and then woo the voters in Punjab.

“No women in Delhi received even Rs 100 and he promises to provide Rs 1000 per month to women in Punjab,” he alleged.
