Punjab: Tiffin bomb, 4 grenades recovered in Gurdaspur

Punjab: Days after recovering over 1kg of RDX and two hand grenades in the Gurdaspur district, the police has now recovered one tiffin bomb and four hand grenades on Friday in Dinanagar.

It is worth mentioning here that the police is continuously recovering weapons for the last few days in Gurdaspur. Meanwhile, the police is arresting those who have links with Pakistani smugglers.

After recovering RDX and hand grenade from Dinanagar on December 1, a red alert has been issued by the district police.

The police found a yellow-colored bag that was covered with grass. Explosives like 4 hand grenades and 1 tiffin bomb were found in it.

On the other hand, the BSF has also been carrying out a search operation in the border areas.
